The role of Talent Development HRBP is to act as the ‘HR for HR’ advocate for the business. This role will create HR competency framework, build capability within the HR function and drive HR communications strategy which aligns to both internal and external needs. The role will implement and sustain a range of initiatives to develop HR talent across the organization such as: HR skills and behaviors competency framework, HR communication strategy, and special projects supporting the VP, Global Talent Strategy and the CHRO.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Talent Strategy. The immediate priorities include creating a HR competency framework, developing the HR agenda, standardizing global HR practices and policies (in alignment w/legal) and improving and monitoring global HR productivity. You will accomplish this through collaboration with the regional HR business partner community, business leadership and your HR Global Thread (COE) colleagues.
