The role of Talent Development Specialist is to help manage our talent development solutions and offerings while driving consistency across the globe. The role will implement and sustain a range of “grab-and-go” resources aimed at developing talent and building capability across the organization such as: change management, performance management, employee engagement, people strategy, and leader touchpoint.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Talent Strategy. The immediate priorities include creating, redesigning and simplifying various disparate talent development processes and implementing these across the globe. You will accomplish this through collaboration with the regional HR business partner community, business leadership and your COE colleagues.
