The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for professional to work in the space of Total Rewards and work on robust projects in a growing organization. This position will be reporting to our Director of Total Rewards and will be partnering with extended HR teams.  

 

Dematic’s Senior Analyst of Total Rewards role would include, but is not limited to: 

  • Assist and support the administration and communication of Total Rewards programs for North America 
  • Provide Compensation business support to HR business partners within the US. This includes consulting for promotions, adjustment, job evaluation scenarios   
  • Lead small to medium size projectsdata analysis and program proposals in the compensation and benefits area 
  • Lead process improvement activities in both compensation and benefits space 
  • Manage COBRA and retirement administration as needed 
  • Support creation and maintenance of Benefits DashboardsLead the Benefits analytics, external/ internal data audits and help with government support notices 
  • Help with vendor audits & work on vendor/employee issue resolution 
  • Work as part of broader compensation team and support the annual/quarterly activities like merit planning and market data analysis as needed 

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a business related field
  • Strong relationship building, collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience partnering with stakeholders and a track record of staying on top of project status 
  • Proven project management and process development/improvement skills 
  • Detail oriented and strong technical acumen with experience in dealing with large data 
  • Expert in Excel and experience working with HR system/reporting

Desirable Requirements

  • Preferably 4-6 years of experience in Compensation /Benefits. Other experiences may include Analytics/ HRIS/ Finance/ Accounting with desire to grow in compensation / Benefits space 
  • Strong technical inclination as you will be working with various systems and large excel data sheets 
  • Project management and system implementation experience
