The Role

Dematic has an immediate need for a Global Program Analyst in our Global Headquarters in Atlanta, GA or NA Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. This position will drive simplification and standardization of global practices related to corporate programs such as the global travel policy, credit card program, travel agency agreements, and other global programs, ensuring consistency and internal controls across Dematic.  


The Global Program Analyst will also provide financial controlling to Dematic's global IT, HR, and Marketing functions with global oversight & coordination with local regional financial teams. 


Program Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and proposals to revamp and drive continuous improvement with regards to corporate programs that support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Partner cross functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement to drive consistency in corporate programs such as, travel & expense programs.
  • Identify cost savings and process improvements across corporate programs.
  • Manage the budgets and operation plans for implemented programs globally.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance across assigned programs.
  • Measure and monitor progress of implemented policies and programs to validate effectiveness, consistency, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Adhoc global analysis’ for Global Finance Leadership.

Controlling Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and reporting of global IT, HR, and Marketing teams with the creation of consolidated dashboards and KPI overviews.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly business review presentations along with explanations of variances and trends to global leadership.
  • Manage the production of the annual function budgets and forecasts in conjunction with global leadership, local regional finance controllers, and the FP&A team.
  • Support implementation of new global BI reporting tool.

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience Requirements:


  • Completed 4-year Bachelor of Science degree with a strong concentration in Finance, HR, or similar field.
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in a global, corporate business role, with proven experience in program management.
  • Experience with Concur and/or SAP.
  • Experience in Financial Analyst role highly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical reasoning, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be well organized, learn new tasks quickly, define process improvements, and strive for success.
