Familiarity with software and controls deployment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is required. He/she will develop and deliver training programs to customers at customer sites and to internal staff using a combination of in person and electronic delivery methods • 5 years experience designing and delivering maintenance training for customized products and systems• Exceptionally strong communication and training skills and strong process/detail orientation skill• Degree or extensive experience in technical training or engineering discipline and electrical/controls/software products, as well as familiarity with mechanical disciplines• Experience with PLCs and exposure to PLC programming• In-depth experience strongly preferred with: PLCs, machine diagnostics and repair, and automation• Passion for helping others learn• Ability to understand and communicate how Dematic’s custom solutions integrate into the operation of a material handling system.• Experience and proven ability to design and develop technical training materials helpful but not required• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret industrial mechanical and controls drawing sets and design requirements• Must be a quick learner who can adapt and adjust quickly to changing or unexpected training configurations at customer training sites.

Dematic has a need for a Technical Project Manager or Product Owner Agent in the Global Engineering Technologies team. The Product Owner bridges the gap between the business functions of Project Management, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain. This role can be based anywhere throughout North America, preferably by nearby airport for travel. Qualifications:- Trade school graduate or two year Associates degree in a mechanical, electrical, or mechanical technician program. Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.- Two years (minimum) experience in troubleshooting electromechanical and/or mechanical equipment. Successful candidate must have some working experience with material handling equipment. Service experience with- AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is highly prized.- Must be willing to travel on short notice and spend more than 80% of the time traveling. May be continuously away from home for as long as a month (offer travel expenses).- Must be willing to be availible during off hours and travel accordingly.- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts.- Must be able to act calmly in stressful situations.- Must be able to write concise, clear, and complete trip reports in the time frame required according to Dematic procedures.- Must have knowledge in the use of personal computers for word processing, data base functions and communications. We would love to have you join our rapidly growing company to sell complex logistics solutions to some of the largest distributors across the US. Essential Role and ResponsibilitiesDematic is seeking an experienced, senior level account executive to grow our Enterprise Solution segment; targeting large, complex opportunities that require integrated solutions with multiple technologies and a high software content.  The successful candidate must be able to work alongside customers to formulate insight-driven, end-to-end supply chain solutions that improve customer operations, enhance productivity, protect profit and reduce risk.  The candidate should be self-driven and highly collaborative, adept at negotiating complex enterprise agreements, fostering and establishing relationships with senior supply chain executives, and highly effective at understanding and solving customer business challenges by leveraging our industry-leading solutions. Responsibilities include: - Thorough knowledge of at least one key vertical market, with the ability to drive business development and marketing efforts to build targeted pipeline.- Develop and implement Strategic Account Penetration plans for targeted opportunities.- Qualify new opportunities and those in the existing sales funnel by leveraging market, account and solution expertise to determine appropriate utilization of resources. - Work in conjunction with other Dematic functions to provide the best solution to the customer (Solution Development, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, etc.)- Develop a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences.- Perform customer presentations, articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings and highly complex ROI.- Confidently drive a team of internal experts to negotiate and close a complex sale with executive level individuals.- Manage high revenue-based opportunities to meet revenue and margin growth strategies. - Provide management with recommendations for improving volume, market share and price levels.

This position will be used to further enhance and develop the Controlling function within the Dematic Finance Organization. This position requires 8+ years relevant experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Summary:The qualified individual will be responsible for becoming Dematic’s expert in CET development. This person will work directly with other CET developers to understand the platform in which Dematic integrates. With this knowledge they are to solve Dematic issues quickly and be a go to person for integrations with CET. Principal Responsibilities:- Work on implementing new features on the Configura platform.- Contribute towards test driven development and test automation.- Evaluates technical issues and identifies solutions to these issues- Assist other team members in architecting solutions for new functions- Contributes to teams with writing, reviewing and testing code- Assist in the development, documenting and training users on best practices and processes.- Interface with global team members- Meet regularly with Configura developer to expand knowledge of the platform.
