Dematic is looking to fill a Site Manager position that is 100% travel and serves as the full-time on-site lead responsible for coordination of on-site construction, installation, and commissioning activities associated with the implementation of a Material Handling System. The Primary Objective of this position is to ensure that the on-site activities are performed in accordance with project drawings and specifications and Dematic standards are in compliance with project schedule. We provide the opportunity to travel home. The role can be remote or located nearby a field office throughout North America.Primary Duties:- The Site Manager will have temporary residence close to the job site and will work full-time on the job site from beginning of installation through Customer acceptance.- As directed by the Project Manager, this position will coordinate all on-site activity of Dematic personnel and of Dematic subcontractors and serve as the primary point of contact between these activities and the Customer. This position will coordinate with the Installation Supervisor and conduct frequent reviews of all on-site work and immediately report all problems and potential schedule issues to the Installation Supervisor and Project Manager.- Monitor resource levels and requirements and coordinate working hours for all Dematic personnel and subcontractors. Report any resource or personnel issues immediately to the Project Manager.- Coordinate commissioning, system integration, and acceptance testing to include coordination of test product and resources. Coordinate rate tests, pre-acceptance dry run testing, and participate in acceptance testing with/for the Customer. Prepares and maintains detailed records and result reports for all testing activities. Dematic Corp. has a need for a Maintenance Technician III at the Beech Island, SC site. The Maintenance Technician Level 4 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. Acts as a material handling technician on all equipment that is installed at a specific site location. Using problem solving and critical thinking, additional key responsibilities include the following:1. Repair and maintenance of MHE including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.2. Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.3. Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.4. Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.5. Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.6. Locate and track spare parts from inventory.7. Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet8. Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.9. Dematic has an immediate need for a Plant Controller for the Operations Manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is responsible for providing financial direction and driving operating profit and cash flow improvement. Responsible for talent development of an on-site Cost Accountant, and indirect leadership of others in Manufacturing and Finance. Strong leadership and team building skills are needed. The SLC Plant Controller prepares and presents various financial reports and is responsible for standard costing and ERP accuracy. In addition, this leader will compile and review financial plans, budgets, and provide financial analysis at complex levels including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, financial and expense performance comparisons. This role ensures conformance to FASB requirements and GAAP. As a key position within Dematic, this role must act as a team player with a customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Define strategies to achieve the financials goals of the factories, identify leading and lagging key performance indicators.- Prepare and present cost center forecasts, monthly review of actual to forecast and plan, and drive the annual budget process for that location.- Calculate, review and ensure accuracy in Salt Lake City standard costs including purchase price variance and production variances.- Prepare a monthly forecast for upcoming workload for location based on both backlog (booked work) and new business.- Establish SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery Cost) mentality in the plant and communicate the financial performance of the plant on a daily basis.- Develop strong financial and internal controls for the plants and ensure procedures are followed in accordance to company standards.- Business Partner with Operations Management.- Manage the Accounting department for the functions of responsibility.
