Dematic Corp is now hiring for a Manufacturing and Mobile automation Financial Analyst.  This role participates in analyzing financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information. Supports in the preparation of various financial reports; compiles and reviews financial plans and budgets. Performs financial analysis at complex levels including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense performance comparisons. Participates in ensuring conformance to FASB requirements and GAAP. Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician 4 located in Griffin GA. This position will function as one of the Senior Technicians at our customer site for a long term maintenance contract.   Senior Technician shoild have the following minimum qualifications and responsibilities: - Electromechanical skills, troubleshooting skills with PLC controls, servos, and other discrete electrical control components.- Five years maintenance experience with electromechanical equipment experience is preferred.- Must have the ability to connect a maintenance PC to a PLC and step through and understand the PLC program to troubleshoot complex controls failures, and make minor code changes under the direction of Engineering. Key responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: 1. Practice safe work habits and abide by the safety rules in accordance with the safety policies set forth by our client. 2. Provide electromechanical corrective repairs and preventative maintenance. 3. Log all service work performed, downtime during repair, and account for equipment service requests. 4. Work in cooperation as a team with the 3PL warehouse operators. 5. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.Job Family Responsibilities:Leads the complex maintenance tasks, equipment trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls. Performs complex product and service training to customers. Job Family Responsibilities:Reports to the Installation Department and participates in the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities with the goal of providing Controls Engineering with a system tested and ready for more comprehensive controls functional commissioning and integration.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with electrical installers and Controls Engineers to implement and validate simple to highly complex material handling systems at customer sites located throughout North America. Load emulated PLC programs and complete static functional testing according to received Description of Operation and drawing documentation for custom material handling systems.- Complete material handling system I/O and device level checkout and validation. Troubleshoot and correct component problems ( PLC, field devices, network repeaters, etc.) as required.- Testing, validate and troubleshoot various communications and controls networks such as Ethernet IP, Device Net, Control Net, Profi-bus, AS-I, and CAN.- Turnover validated subsystems to controls engineering group, with appropriate validation checklists.- Provide daily and weekly progress reports of accomplished tasks and exceptions.

Dematic has an immediate need for a Technical Training Specialist at out Grand Rapids, MI headquarters. The successful candidate must be willing to travel 70% of the time to customer job sites. Familiarity with software and controls deployment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is required. He/she will develop and deliver training programs to customers at customer sites and to internal staff using a combination of in person and electronic delivery methods • 5 years experience designing and delivering maintenance training for customized products and systems• Exceptionally strong communication and training skills and strong process/detail orientation skill• Degree or extensive experience in technical training or engineering discipline and electrical/controls/software products, as well as familiarity with mechanical disciplines• Experience with PLCs and exposure to PLC programming• In-depth experience strongly preferred with: PLCs, machine diagnostics and repair, and automation• Passion for helping others learn• Ability to understand and communicate how Dematic’s custom solutions integrate into the operation of a material handling system.• Experience and proven ability to design and develop technical training materials helpful but not required• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret industrial mechanical and controls drawing sets and design requirements• Must be a quick learner who can adapt and adjust quickly to changing or unexpected training configurations at customer training sites.

Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for a Site Safety Coordinator position. This position is 100% travel. Job Family Responsibilities:- Advises and assists site supervisors on EHS matters, including fact/data gathering, problem identification/resolution and offering objective assistance and guidance on EHS matters.- Functions as an employee advocate/management partner by establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication with internal customers, maintaining awareness of employee EHS needs/issues and addressing these with the appropriate management.- Designs and implements major EHS initiatives as assigned.- Administrative responsibilities: records/file maintenance; reports development.Key Responsibilities:- Area of responsibility is primarily tactical/operational in nature, with limited strategic impact.- Typical responsibility for innovation is to continuously enhance or improve existing policies, products, and methods.- Identifies resource needs and develops justification.- Troubleshoots and resolves EHS issues at installation sites.- Conducts EHS audits for installation sites and reports issues using a Dematic standard format.- Communication with installation site management/supervision on EHS issues daily.- Key areas of responsibility:- Set up and maintain a current bulletin and posting (Federal, State, Local) display.- Perform crew safety talks.- Administer safety training (new and refresher).- Administer equipment training and issue operator permits to those who are competent.- Daily instructions and reminders of PPE and Safety policies to the crew- Maintain all OSHA/Dematic compliance forms (OSHA 300, Daily walk thru, First aid Logs, Triple I forms, weekly safety meetings, First aid inspections, Fire extinguisher inspections, harness/lanyard and ladder inspections, maintain first aid cabinets and fire extinguishers, etc)- Perform daily walk thru (Multiple times a day).- Safety briefings as needed on the project (per Project, Dematic, customer).- Be on site as crews work schedule demands (this includes all subs as well as split schedules, may result in 12-14 hour days).- Administer first aid as needed or seek medical assistance for all injuries- Carry current OSHA 30 and first aid training.- Send in all monthly paperwork, input all forms into the project file in PMC (Dematic employees only).
