Primary objective is to ensure that Dematic systems have the greatest availability possible for Customer use and to ensure that Customers are satisfied with their Dematic system and equipment. This role can be based anywhere throughout North America, preferably by nearby airport for travel. Qualifications:- Trade school graduate or two year Associates degree in a mechanical, electrical, or mechanical technician program. Responsibilities:- Work with global sales leaders to assess incoming order demand, by product type, identify and mitigate risks, and detect areas of over/under utilization.- Collaborate with SIOP data analysts and development team members to create advance BI reports that capture key data points and identify trends as well as inform the business of key areas of opportunity and challenges. - Analyze historical sales trends and financial projections to provide accurate product forecasts, including forecasts for new and discontinued products. - Interface with Product Management and R&D teams to incorporate processes for incorporating new products and phasing out old products. - Work with manufacturing and procurement leadership to develop plans and solve supply issues. - Prepare and present material to regional and global leadership teams and make recommendations based on gathered data and analysis. - Work with sales, manufacturing facilities & engineering managers on capacities and forecasts, providing the best cost sourcing solution within the manufacturing and engineering network.

Essential Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Integrator Channel Sales Account Manager is the face of Dematic with the Integrator in the Material Handling Industry. The Account Manager represents Dematic by communicating the products and solutions that Dematic brings to the Integrator. This role supports the needs and collaborates with Dematic engineering and solution development teams to provide the best products and solution to the to the Integrator and their customer. - Develops and implements sales plans for each assigned Integrator Channel Partner. - Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.- Responsible for the sales process, including quoting, proposal generation and contract management.- Responsible for implementation of Sales Tools and Contract Renewals for each Integrator.- Identifies and pursue new Integrator Channel Partners to achieve channel goals. - Develops a complete understanding of the Integrators' organizational structure and key influences of assigned accounts.- Performs Integrator and customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.- Provides project management and customer service support when needed to ensure customer satisfaction. - Develops forecasts, goals, and operating plans for each Integrator Partner.- Assist in business development activities to support the overall Integrator Channel Sales team.

The Maintenance Technician Level IV is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. Acts as a senior material handling technician on all equipment that is installed at a specific site location. Provides assistance and mentors lower-level employees. This role will be working day shift Mon - Fri 8 hours. This role will be in Memphis, TNUsing problem solving and critical thinking, key tasks include the following: 1. Repair and maintenance of MHE including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.2. Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.3. Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.4. Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.5. Troubleshoot conveyance problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.6. Locate and track spare parts from inventory.7. Performs complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.8. Provide assistance with training customers to operate equipment.9. Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.10. Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.11. Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.
