The Proposal Specialist is responsible for the evaluation of new and renewal service opportunities in which they will develop costing focused on the customer’s Dematic solution(s) and needs. Pertinent information will be documented and provided in support of preparing successful and accurate proposals. They will work with all departments of Dematic to develop safe, low risk, creative and competitive solutions to meet a client’s needs. Where appropriate, they will lead the proposal team in its efforts and present the results to Dematic Sales and possibly to the potential customer. After contract award, they will be expected to facilitate the transition of the project to the operations team. Responsibilities: - Generates all costing workbooks for opportunities and services assigned- Develops and documents the data need to generate a proposal document and work with the proposal team to ensure accuracy.- Assist in the development of new proposal content for new services.- Monitors assignment schedule and partners with sales on missing information for assignment completion.- Assists with the maintenance of the Dematic proposal boiler plates as assigned. - Respond to semi-complex inquiries related to the iProposal tool design, functionality, and usage- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design of Dematic’s iProposal tool. - Initiates reviews with operation stakeholders on costing methodologies and adjusts as needed.- Coordinates meetings with Sales and Operations to discuss renewals that fall outside the standard costs and documents the agreements.- Able to manage multiple priorities and work with key stake holders to ensure that all assignments are not only accurate, but are completed on time, according to target completion dates. - Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such estimating standards, sales proposal standards, etc. to the Business Development department. - Works on medium sized, individual projects, where design is complex that integrate hardware and software.- Analyzes customers' business requirements and application objectives; develops an application design in products to meet customers' needs.- Performs complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. Acts as a senior material handling technician on all equipment that is installed at a specific site location. Provides assistance and mentors lower-level employees.
