Do you have a passion for software engineering and customer service support?  We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated software engineer (not specifically for coding, rather show genuine and high integrity for their customers and supporting them). This role would provide remote, second level customer support.  The incumbent will work closely with customers, first level technicians in the Customer Support area, and software project and technical support engineers to resolve customer issues. Dematic Corp is now hiring for a Financial Analyst to support the North America Software Engineering organization. This role participates in analyzing financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information. Supports in the preparation of various financial reports, compiles and reviews financial plans and budgets. Performs financial analysis at complex levels including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense performance comparisons. Participates in ensuring conformance to FASB requirements and GAAP. Participate in commercial/contract activities, pricing, margin calculations, etc. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly cost center forecasts for Software Engineering specific cost centers globally.- Review actual to forecast and YTD actual to budget results on Software Engineering cost centers explaining variances to responsible managers and Software Engineering Senior Management.- Liaise with regional FP&A team on monthly reporting both from P&L creation to explaining variances with commentary as required.- Serve as main financial contact for Software Engineering, providing guidance as needed on various topics.

Position Summary:An Installation Software Developer’s focus should be to work with Installation management as well site supervisors to modify, maintain and develop software solutions to help manage the installation operation’s day to day business.   Key Responsibilities: - Participate in internal meetings with installation personnel to determine gaps identifying software solution needs- Generate business requirement documentation around future software tools to present the need to other Dematic stakeholders- Work closely with Dematic Global Engineering & Tools team to ensure long term support from Dematic IT- Research off the shelf programs or create software tool concept presentations for potential users and internal stakeholders- Examine existing software solutions for improvements and work with other Dematic departments to drive resolution to the needed corrections- Work in conjunction with Installation’s business analysts to modify and/or maintain existing department software tools- Work with installation training manager to develop documentation and roll out plan for new software tools- Writing and implementing minor coding for concepts and initial designs

Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for an Installation Communications Specialist. This position will require 25% travel to Installation sites. Under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for effectively communicating with all Installation staff, using various mediums and approaches to ensure 100% coverage. Must have the ability to write and construct meaningful and interesting communications on a number of topics. This person must be able to establish a set of regular weekly and monthly messages and also be able to quickly respond and deliver urgent messages as required. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a cadence of regular communiques to the Installation team- Establish and maintain lists and addresses for distribution of communiques- Support Directors and VP with preparation and content of townhall meetings, messages, and the medium/ delivery.- Establish and maintain a database of important staff information (birthdays [day and month only], significant anniversaries, new additions [staff and family], and significant events.- Ability to deliver all messages in both English and Spanish – ensure prompt ability to translate messages into Spanish.- Look for new effective mediums to ensure all staff are engaged
