Position SummaryGlobal Operations is hiring a MasterScheduler to join the Global Order Management team.  The MasterScheduler will report to the Global Master Scheduler and Order Processing Manager and play an integral role in the successful execution of our Supply Chain Operations. The primary responsibility will be to schedule orders that make up complex, engineered-to-order projects to the appropriate manufacturing plant or facility to allow for on time delivery based on the project schedule.The Master Scheduler will work with multiple departments to drive results to achieve our committed customer required on site dates. These departments include, but are not limited to engineering, project management, planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and customer service.The ideal candidate will be extremely organized with an eye for detail and have a solid understanding of  supply chain management and scheduling complex, engineered-to-order systems; Ensure that schedules are firmed, maximizing plant capacities while effectively supporting customer orders, maintaining workforce stability in multiple manufacturing facilities. The position also attempts to minimize fluctuations in production requirements while ensuring that the master production schedule aligns with material availability provided by the Supply Chain Group. Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other relevant departments to schedule project orders and identify and help resolve risks to meeting Dematic’ s committed onsite date to our global customers- Work closely with the Sales & Global Operations Planning team to maintain workforce stability and level loaded production schedules across multiple manufacturing facilities- Track and manage the accuracy and effectiveness of the master schedules to work through adjustments to forecast and to continuously improve the overall master scheduling process.- Oversee the master schedules and ensure comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.- Create, communicate, and measure realistic production requirements to support Customer demand.- Work closely with plant production schedulers to analyze production data and capacity reports to allocate plant resources effectively.- Review daily production and backlog information to control “overload” or “past due” situations. - Prepare schedules to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders Exercise high degree of independent decision making regarding organizing and performing work to meet customer requirements.- Provide input to the Business Analytics team to improve reporting and analysis capability- Track, analyze and report for the pertinent KPI’s.- Participate as needed in global process improvement IT projects, as they apply to Global Operations.

Dematic is looking to fill a Site Manager position in the Project Management group. This position is 100% travel and serves as the full-time on-site lead responsible for coordination of on-site construction, installation, and commissioning activities associated with the implementation of a Material Handling System. The Primary Objective of this position is to ensure that the on-site activities are performed in accordance with project drawings and specifications and Dematic standards are in compliance with project schedule.  We provide the opportunity to travel home.  The role can be remote or located nearby a field office throughout North America.Primary Duties:- The Site Manager will have temporary residence close to the job site and will work full-time on the job site from beginning of installation through Customer acceptance.- As directed by the Project Manager, this position will coordinate all on-site activity of Dematic personnel and of Dematic subcontractors and serve as the primary point of contact between these activities and the Customer. This position will coordinate with theInstallation Supervisor and conduct frequent reviews of all on-site work and immediately report all problems and potential schedule issues to the Installation Supervisor and Project Manager.- Monitor resource levels and requirements and coordinate working hours for all Dematicpersonnel and subcontractors. Report any resource or personnel issues immediately to the Project Manager.- Coordinate commissioning, system integration, and acceptance testing to include coordination of test product and resources. Coordinate rate tests, pre-acceptance dry run testing, and participate in acceptance testing with/for the Customer. Prepares andmaintains detailed records and result reports for all testing activities. Will be intimately familiar with the testing requirements and effectively communicate testing requirements and schedules to the project team and Customer.- Maintain and manage the overall system "punch list" containing all outstanding known problems. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion, verification, and close out/sign off of all punch list items. Communicate punch list status to the team on adaily basis and include with the site summary report or as required by the Project Manager.- Maintain a daily site log and issue a consolidated daily summary report to the Project Manager covering progress of on-site work. Contents of this report are to be coordinated and discussed with the team prior to final submittal to ensure report consistency- Assist the Installation supervisor with the monitoring of on-site work Dematic contracted subcontractors and ensure that work is performed in accordance with Dematic drawings, specifications, and standards and in compliance with applicable building codes,environmental regulations, and safety requirements.- Promptly call for engineering assistance on unusual or difficult problems.- Monitor receipt of spare parts, and prepare post project report and account for all spare parts used during installation.- In coordination with the Installation Supervisor, monitor job site for safety and report anysafety concerns to both the Installation Supervisor and the Project Manager

The role of Global Talent Development Operations Leader is primarily responsible for the operational oversight of our global talent development projects, KPIs, budget, vendor management and Dematic’s overall change management strategy.
